we are continuously running very good volumes in mono stretch , Bistrech and very special articles in Tencel , Thermolite , Coolmax , and many more according to buyer requirement, in past, we were supposed to wait for customer approval of boil off which some time in holidays causes minor delays in our delivery date so now we have the same machine which is installed at our customers, we can get immediate results as per requirements to make our fabric fault free.
2- Meteorological microscope
This equipment is equipped with latest analysis system up to 100 times magnifier, now Alhamdulillah SHUJABAD WEAVING MILLS is the only mill in weaving sector having this equipment. Now we have proper record keeping at yarn stage that without Lycra/ spandex verification no any lot can be used in Lycra articles in any case. And we are also developing quality system that during running inline production we will get samples to assure customer that its running with LYCRA as per requirements and now this will be a source of confidence for SWML and our customers.
3- Stereo microscope
This is to analysis fabric faults and fabric related complaints we can get it with pictures to sort out issues which are not traceable with naked eye. From now onward you can work with us with full confidence that you will get Lycra in your required qualities with precision and accuracy.
